- Orders of $99 or more: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $99: $9.99 flat rate
Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing times
Most of our clubs are fulfilled to order directly through our authorized dealer network — that is how we guarantee factory-fresh, authentic product on every order. Please allow an estimated 2–3 weeks for your order to be sourced and shipped.
- Standard orders: estimated 2–3 weeks
- Custom Build & Fitting orders: estimated 3–4 weeks (built to your personal specifications)
- Items in stock locally: ship within 1–3 business days
Orders are fulfilled from Los Angeles, California. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your order's timeline changes, we will notify you by email.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking marks your package delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
